Windsor Castle

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh gave a Dinner Party at Windsor Castle this evening.

The following were invited: the Archbishop of York and Mrs Sentamu, His Excellency the High Commissioner for Singapore and Mrs Teo, Her Highness the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco and Mr Mohamad Reza Nouri Esfandiari, the Bishop of Winchester, Prelate of the Order of the Garter and Mrs Scott-Joynt, the Lord and Lady Winston, Mr and Mrs Michael Day, Mr and Mrs Anthony Little, Mr and Mrs Charles Mayfield, Mr and Mrs Michael Palin, Lieutenant Colonel and Mrs Henry Fullerton, and Lieutenant Colonel and Mrs Benjamin Farrell.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, Chairman, the Royal Collection Trust, this morning chaired a Meeting of the Trustees.

His Royal Highness this afternoon gave a Reception at Clarence House for Sharegift.

The Prince of Wales, Patron, the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, this afternoon attended a Lecture at the Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1.

His Royal Highness, Patron, the University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, this evening gave a Dinner at Clarence House for The Prince of Wales’s Business and the Environment Programme’s Corporate Leaders Group on Climate Change.

The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon attended the launch of British Food Fortnight at Westminster Cathedral Hall, Ambrosden Avenue, London SW1, and was received by Sir Michael Craig-Cooper (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London).

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York, Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, today carried out the following engagements in Atyrau, Kazakhstan.

His Royal Highness this morning visited Kashagan D. Island.

The Duke of York this afternoon called upon the Akim of Atyrau (Mr Bergey Ryskaliyev).

His Royal Highness later attended a Reception for the British business community.

The Duke of York afterwards departed Kazakhstan for Ukraine and was received later on arrival at Kyiv Boryspol Airport by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Ukraine (His Excellency Mr Leigh Turner).

His Royal Highness this evening attended a Reception for the British business community in Kyiv.

The Earl of Wessex, Honorary Liveryman, the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers, this morning attended a Committee Meeting at Haberdashers’ Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London EC1.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Patron, Forest Education Initiative, today attended a Seminar on Skills for Life at the Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Deputy Colonel-in-Chief, Adjutant General’s Corps, today received Major General Andrew Gregory (Director General Personnel) and Brigadier Edward Forster-Knight (Provost Marshal).

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent this morning visited the Royal Marines Special Boat Service Headquarters in Poole and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dorset (Mrs Anthony Pitt-Rivers).

His Royal Highness, President, this afternoon visited the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, West Quay Road, Poole.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra, Colonel-in-Chief, The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada, this afternoon departed Heathrow Airport, London, for Canada.

The Lady Mary Mumford and Mrs Brian Duke are in attendance.
