COURT CIRCULAR

Balmoral Castle

By command of The Queen, Mr Charles Gray (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon Her Excellency Dr Alia Bouran at 6 Upper Phillimore Gardens, London W8, this morning in order to bid farewell to Her Excellency upon relinquishing her appointment as Ambassador from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Court of St James’s.

Clarence House

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, President, this morning held a Meeting for The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment.

His Royal Highness, President, The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment, afterwards received Mr Andres Duany and the Earl of Southesk.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, Patron, the Gordon Highlanders Museum, this afternoon received retired officers from the Gordon Highlanders Regiment.

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal, Patron, National Institute of Adult Continuing Education, this morning visited Aigburth Care Home, 21 Manor Road, Oadby, Leicester, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Leicestershire (Jennifer, Lady Gretton).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, National Institute of Adult Continuing Education, later attended a Meeting at Renaissance House, 20 Princess Road West, Leicester.

The Princess Royal, Patron, College of Occupational Therapists, this afternoon visited St Andrew’s Healthcare, Billing Road, Northampton, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire (the Lady Juliet Townsend).

Her Royal Highness, Royal Patron, the Wise Campaign, later opened the new Science and Technology Newton Building at the University of Northampton, Avenue Campus, St George’s Avenue, Northampton.

The Princess Royal, Patron, Voluntary Services Overseas, this evening attended a Reception at Tallow Chandlers Hall, 4 Dowgate Hill, London EC4.

Her Royal Highness, President, British Olympic Association, later held a Team 2012 Appeal Dinner at Buckingham Palace.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester this morning departed Heathrow Airport, London, for Nigeria and was received later at Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos, by the British High Commissioner to the Federal Republic of Nigeria (Mr Robert Dewar).

His Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner at the Residence of the British High Commissioner in Lagos.

Mr Alistair Wood is in attendance.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent this afternoon arrived at Gatwick Airport, London, from Portugal.

Captain Lord Ramsay was in attendance.
