Buckingham Palace

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh this morning attended a Service in St Paul’s Cathedral, London EC4, to commemorate the Cathedral’s Tercentenary, and were received on arrival at the steps of the Cathedral by the Rt Hon the Lord Mayor (Alderman Michael Bear) and at the Great West Door by the Dean (the Right Reverend Graeme Knowles), the Chapter and the Bishop of London.

This afternoon The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were entertained to Luncheon by the Prime Minister and Mrs Cameron at No 10 Downing Street to mark His Royal Highness’s Ninetieth Birthday.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, the Air League, this evening held a Reception at St James’s Palace.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this morning received Commander Richard Aylard RN (External Affairs and Sustainability Director, Thames Water) and Mr Philip Stride (Head of London Tideway Tunnels).

His Royal Highness, Patron, this afternoon held a Reception at Clarence House for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

The Prince of Wales later attended The Prince’s Charities International Sustainability Unit Fisheries Meeting at Clarence House.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening gave a Dinner for The Prince of Wales Foundation at The Queen’s Gallery, Buckingham Palace.

The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited a literacy project run by Volunteer Reading Help at Cavendish Primary School, Edensor Road, Chiswick, London W4, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir David Brewer).

The Duke of York, Patron, Golf Foundation, this morning received Mr Charles Harrison (Chairman).

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Trustees, Outward Bound Trust, afterwards held a Trustees’ Meeting and Lunch.

The Duke of York, Colonel-in-Chief, The Yorkshire Regiment (14th/15th, 19th and 33rd/76th Foot), this afternoon received General Sir Nicholas Houghton upon relinquishing his appointment as Colonel and General Graham Binns upon assuming the appointment.

The President of the Republic of Namibia later called upon His Royal Highness.

The Earl of Wessex this morning visited Living Classrooms, East Harbor Campus, 802 South Caroline Street, Baltimore, Maryland, United States of America.

His Royal Highness afterwards visited T. Rowe Price, 100 East Pratt Street, Baltimore.

The Earl of Wessex this afternoon attended a Lunch with senior business leaders at the Centre Club, 100 Light Street, Baltimore.

His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, later visited Garrison Forest School, 300 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, Baltimore.

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award International Foundation, this evening attended a Dinner in Owings Mills.

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal, Patron, Northern Lighthouse Board, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this afternoon visited Ruvaal Lighthouse, Isle of Islay, Argyll and Bute.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester this morning opened Bellbird Primary School, Link Road, Sawston, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire (Mr Hugh Duberly).

His Royal Highness, President, Peterborough Cathedral Development and Preservation Trust, this afternoon attended the launch of the Peterborough 900 Campaign at Peterborough Cathedral.

The Duke of Gloucester afterwards opened the new Education Centre at Nene Park Trust, Ham Farm House, Ham Lane, Peterborough.

His Royal Highness, President, British Expertise, this evening attended the Annual Board Dinner at Bakers’ Hall, Harp Lane, London EC3.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, Friends of St Paul’s Cathedral, this morning attended a Service of Thanksgiving to mark the Tercentenary of the Cathedral, London EC4.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Colonel, Scots Guards, this evening attended the Third Guards Club Dinner at the Cavalry and Guards Club, 127 Piccadilly, London W1.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra, President, Friends of the Victoria and Albert Museum, this evening attended a Reception at the Museum, Cromwell Road, London SW7.
