Clarence House

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning received Daw Aung San Suu Kyi (Chairwoman, National League for Democracy).

His Royal Highness today held a Reception at Clarence House for supporters of The Prince of Wales Foundation.

The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Foundation for Building Community, The Prince’s School for Traditional Arts, The Prince’s Drawing School and The Prince’s Regeneration Trust, this afternoon gave a Tea at Clarence House.

His Royal Highness, Patron, Welsh National Opera, this evening attended a Gala Concert at Buckingham Palace.

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York this morning attended the Founders Forum at the Grove Hotel, Chandler’s Cross, Hertfordshire.

His Royal Highness this evening attended the “Elgar in Turkey” Reception at the Residence of His Excellency the Ambassador from the Republic of Turkey.

Buckingham Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, this morning visited Budmouth College, Chickerell Road, Weymouth, and was received by Mr. James Gibson Fleming (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Dorset).

His Royal Highness later visited Fudges Bakery, Pinesway Business Park, Station Road, Stalbridge, Dorset.

The Earl of Wessex this afternoon visited Shaftesbury School, Salisbury Road, Shaftesbury, Dorset, and opened the new Barton Hill House boarding accommodation.

His Royal Highness, Patron of Appeal, Restoration of the Bishop’s Palace and Gardens, Bath and Wells, afterwards visited Wells Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace, Wells, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset (Lady Gass).

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal this evening attended the One Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary Dinner of the Association of Old Worcesters at Portsmouth Guildhall and was received by Rear Admiral John Lang (Deputy Lieutenant of Hampshire).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Grand Prior, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem, this evening attended a Reception at Kensington Palace for the St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital to celebrate The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

The Duchess of Gloucester this afternoon visited Elphinstone Community School, Parker Road, Hastings, to mark the School’s Diamond Jubilee, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of East Sussex (Mr. Peter Field).

Her Royal Highness, Honorary President, the Lawn Tennis Association, afterwards attended the International Tennis Championships at Devonshire Park, College Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Patron, Opera North, this afternoon attended a Lunch at St. James’s Palace. His Royal Highness, Patron, this evening attended the Anglo-Jordanian Society Dinner at the Millennium Hotel, 44 Grosvenor Square, London W1.

Thatched House Lodge, Richmond Park

Princess Alexandra, Honorary Patron, American Associates of the Royal Academy Trust, this morning attended a Board Meeting at the Royal Academy of Arts, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London W1.
