COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace

His Excellency Mr Néstor Osorio Londoño was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Colombia to the Court of St James’s.

Ms Paola Napoli was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Thembinkosi Obed Mlaba was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for the Republic of South Africa in London.

Mrs Mlaba was also received by Her Majesty.

Mr Matthew Rycroft (Chief Operating Officer, Foreign and Commonwealth Office) was present.

The Queen received the Bishop of Bath and Wells (the Right Reverend Peter Hancock) this afternoon who did homage upon his appointment.

The Rt Hon Christopher Grayling MP (Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice) administered the Oath.

The Right Reverend Dr Christopher Hill (Clerk of the Closet) was in attendance.

The Queen, Patron, Leonard Cheshire Disability, and The Duke of Edinburgh this evening attended a Reception at St James’s Palace and were received by the Chairman Mr Ilyas Khan and Ms Clare Pelham (Chief Executive).

Kensington Palace

Prince William, Earl of Strathearn and The Countess of Strathearn this morning visited Strathearn Community Campus, Pittenzie Road, Crieff, Perthshire, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross (Brigadier Melville Jameson).

His Royal Highness, Patron, Fields in Trust, and Her Royal Highness afterwards visited MacRosty Park, Crieff.

Prince William, Earl of Strathearn and The Countess of Strathearn later visited Glenturret Distillery, Crieff.

Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon attended Forteviot Fete, Forteviot, Perthshire.

Kensington Palace

Prince Henry of Wales this morning visited Inspire Suffolk, Lindbergh Road, Ipswich, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Suffolk (the Lord Tollemache).

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Suffolk Show at Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich.

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York this morning visited Barnard and Westwood Limited, 23 Pakenham Street, London WC1.

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Trustees, Outward Bound Trust, this afternoon received Mr Nicholas Barrett (Chief Executive).

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal, President, Animal Health Trust, this morning chaired the Industry Committee and Council of Management Meetings at the Kennel Club, 1-5 Clarges Street, London W1.

Her Royal Highness, Master, the Corporation of Trinity House, this afternoon departed from Heathrow Airport, London, and arrived this evening at A Coruña Airport.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent this morning visited 1 Army Training Regiment, Alexander Barracks, Pirbright Camp, Woking, Surrey.
