COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace

His Excellency Mr Ousmane Matar Breme was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Chad to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs Halima Mahamat Moukhtar was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Ayeid Mousseid Yahya was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Djibouti to the Court of St James’s.

Mrs Manuelle Calligny was also received by Her Majesty.

Mrs Deborah Bronnert (Chief Operating Officer of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office) was present.

The Hon Dame Shân Legge-Bourke was received by The Queen when Her Majesty invested her with the Insignia of a Dame Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.

The Rt Hon David Cameron MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, today attended Receptions at St James’s Palace for young people who have achieved the Gold Standard in The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.

His Royal Highness, Honorary Member, Smeatonian Society of Civil Engineers, this evening attended a Dinner at One Great George Street, London SW1.

The Prince of Wales, Chairman, the Royal Collection Trust, this morning chaired a Meeting of the Trustees.

His Royal Highness this afternoon received the Grand Mufti of Lebanon.

The Prince of Wales, President, and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening gave a Dinner for the Royal Ballet School.

The Duke of York, Patron, Yorkshire Air Ambulance, this morning visited Nostell Air Support Unit, Nostell Priory, and were received by the Lord St Oswald (Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire).

His Royal Highness, Patron, University of Huddersfield, afterwards presented The Duke of York Entrepreneur Awards at 3M Buckley Innovation Centre, Firth Street, Huddersfield, and was received by Professor Robert Cryan (Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire).

The Duke of York subsequently attended a Luncheon at 3M Buckley Innovation Centre with the Vice-Chancellors of Yorkshire Universities.

His Royal Highness, Patron, University of Huddersfield, this afternoon unveiled the foundation stone for the new development project at the University.

His Royal Highness, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, this evening held a Gold Partner Thank You Dinner at Buckingham Palace.

The Princess Royal this morning visited HorseBack UK, Ferrar, Aboyne, Dinnet, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Aberdeenshire (Mr James Ingleby).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, British Universities and Colleges Sport Limited, this afternoon attended the Team Championship Finals at Loughborough University, Ashby Road, Loughborough, and was received by Colonel Robert Martin (Deputy Lieutenant of Leicestershire).

The Duke of Gloucester, Patron, the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers, this morning received Mr. Christopher Hayward upon relinquishing his appointment as Master and Mr. Nicholas Andrews upon assuming the appointment.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, Chailey Heritage Foundation, today received Mrs. Benjamin Hanbury (President), Mr. William Shelford (Chairman of Trustees) and Dr. Elizabeth Green (Chairman of Governing Body).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Association for all Speech Impaired Children, this afternoon received Mrs. Linda Lascelles (Chief Executive Officer).
