COURT CIRCULAR

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of Edinburgh, Colonel, Grenadier Guards, this morning attended a Service in the Guards Chapel, Wellington Barracks, London SW1, followed by a Reception, to mark the Twenty Fifty Anniversary of the Regiment’s involvement in Operation Granby.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this morning visited flood prevention schemes in Llanelli and Stebonheath Community Primary School, Marblehall Road, Llannelli, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dyfed (Miss Sara Edwards).

His Royal Highness this afternoon visited Airborne Systems, Bettws Road, Llangeinor, Bridgend, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Mid Glamorgan (Mrs Kathrin Thomas).

The Prince of Wales afterwards visited Prysmian Group Trecynon, Aberdare.

His Royal Highness, Honorary Patron, later visited Llandovery Rugby Football Club, Church Bank, Llandovery, Dyfed.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge, Vice Patron, Welsh Rugby Union, this evening attended the Six Nations Rugby Match between Wales and France at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Dr Peter Beck).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Honorary President, the 20-Ghost Club Limited, this evening attended the Annual General Meeting and Dinner at Armourers’ Hall, 81 Coleman Street, London EC2.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Field Marshal, this morning attended a Service in St. Paul’s Cathedral, London EC4, to commemorate the Twenty Fifth Anniversary of Operation Granby, followed by a Reception at the Tower of London.

His Royal Highness, President, the Royal Institution of Great Britain, this evening attended the Friday Evening Discourse at 21 Albemarle Street, London W1.
