Mrs Carole Hayward (Deputy Lieutenant of West Sussex) was present at Gatwick Airport, London, this morning upon the Arrival of The President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana and welcomed His Excellency on behalf of The Queen.

Clarence House

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, this morning visited a restored railway carriage at the Royal Deeside Railway Preservation Society in Milton of Crathes and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kincardineshire (Mrs Roderick Kinghorn).

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York, Chancellor, this morning presented The Duke of York Young Entrepreneur Awards at the University of Huddersfield, Queensgate, Huddersfield, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire (Dr Ingrid Roscoe).

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Lunch for business representatives at the University of Huddersfield.

The Duke of York, Founder, this afternoon launched the Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award and presented Bronze Awards to students at Huddersfield University.

His Royal Highness, Chancellor, University of Huddersfield, afterwards opened the Oastler Building.

The Duke of York, Patron, London Metropolitan University, this evening presented the Big Idea Challenge Awards at St James’s Palace.

Buckingham Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this morning attended an Alumni Seminar at St James’s Palace.

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this afternoon held a Meeting.

The Countess of Wessex today opened the Clay Pigeon Shooting Clubhouse at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire.

The Princess Royal, Guardian, Give Them A Sporting Chance, this morning held a Management Team Planning Meeting.

Her Royal Highness, President, Carers Trust, this evening attended a Reception at the Bank of England, Threadneedle Street, London EC4, followed by a Dinner at Mercers’ Hall, Ironmongers Lane, London EC2.

Kensington Palace

The Duchess of Gloucester this morning arrived at Heathrow Airport, London, from Romania.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Colonel-in-Chief, The Lorne Scots (Peel, Dufferin and Halton Regiment), this morning received Lieutenant Colonel Craig Hayman upon assuming the appointment of Honorary Colonel.

Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Ruggle (Commanding Officer) was present.

His Royal Highness, President, the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, today received Mr Philip Brook (Chairman).
