The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay, Royal Colonel, 51st Highland, 7th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, this morning received Lieutenant Colonel Piers Strudwick upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Sheldrick upon assuming the appointment.

His Royal Highness, Patron, the North Highland Initiative, this afternoon held a Meeting with North East farmers.

Kensington Palace

Prince Henry of Wales this morning held a Meeting at Kensington Palace with the Contact Group on Military Mental Health.

His Royal Highness this afternoon received recipients of the Endeavour Fund prior to their cycling challenge from John o’Groats to Lands End.

Buckingham Palace

The Earl of Wessex, Royal Honorary Colonel, The London Regiment, this afternoon held a Meeting.

His Royal Highness, Honorary Member, afterwards held a Meeting for the British and Commonwealth Fire Company Foundation.

The Earl of Wessex, Trustee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, this evening attended a Reception at Wentworth Club, Virginia Water, Surrey.

The Countess of Wessex this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Romania to visit HMS Daring and was received this afternoon onboard the ship in Constanta by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Romania (His Excellency Mr Paul Brummell).

Her Royal Highness afterwards observed the ship’s operational activities in the Black Sea.

The Countess of Wessex this evening attended a Dinner onboard HMS Daring.

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal this afternoon opened the Society of Maritime Industries Annual Conference at Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Devon (Mr David Fursdon).

Her Royal Highness, Past Master, the Worshipful Company of Carmen, this evening attended the Joint Services Awards Dinner at Merchant Taylors’ Hall, 30 Threadneedle Street, London EC2.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester this morning visited Resolis Primary School, Balblair, Dingwall, in support of Transition Black Isle and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty (Mrs Christopher Bowen).

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester this evening attended a St George’s Day Concert at St George’s Church, Hanover Square, London W1, in aid of the Royal British Legion.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, SeeAbility, Royal President, the Children’s Society, and President, Royal Alexandra and Albert School and of Bridewell Royal Hospital, King Edward’s School, Witley, this afternoon attended a Lunch followed by a tour of the Central Criminal Court, the Old Bailey, London EC4.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Grand Master, United Grand Lodge of England, this afternoon attended the Grand Lodge’s Annual Investiture at Freemasons’ Hall, 60 Great Queen Street, London WC2, and afterwards attended the Grand Festival at the Grand Connaught Rooms, 61-65 Great Queen Street.

Princess Alexandra, Royal Patron, this afternoon presented the Alzheimer’s Society People Awards at St James’s Palace.

The Queen has been pleased to appoint the Venerable Elizabeth Adekunle to be a Chaplain to Her Majesty.
