Buckingham Palace

By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Guy Trouveroy at 17 Grosvenor Crescent, London SW1, this afternoon in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Kingdom of Belgium to the Court of St James’s.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon met staff who were involved in the response to the terrorist attack at the Manchester Arena, Hunts Bank, Manchester, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester (Mr Warren Smith).

Their Royal Highnesses afterwards attended a Meeting for civic, faith and community leaders, followed by a Reception for medical staff, charity workers and volunteers at the Town Hall, Albert Square, Manchester.

Kensington Palace

Prince Henry of Wales was received by The President of the Republic of Malawi at Sanjika Palace, Blantyre, Malawi, today.

Her Excellency Ms Holly Tett (British High Commissioner to the Republic of Malawi) was present.

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York, Chairman of Trustees, the Outward Bound Trust, this morning chaired a Trustees’ Meeting.

His Royal Highness, Chairman of Trustees, the Outward Bound Trust, this afternoon held a Lunch for supporters.

The Duke of York, Founder, Pitch@Palace, later received Mr Simon Collins (Chairman, KPMG) and Mr William Michael (Chairman-elect).

His Royal Highness, Royal Colonel, The Royal Highland Fusiliers, 2nd Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, received Lieutenant Colonel Graeme Crichton Wearmouth upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant-Colonel Campbell Close upon assuming the appointment

The Earl of Wessex this afternoon attended a Reception for community groups at Victoria Hall, 29 Townlands Park, Cromarty, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Ross and Cromarty (Mrs Janet Bowen).

His Royal Highness afterwards visited Cromarty Primary School, Braehead, Cromarty.

The Earl of Wessex later visited Cromarty Courthouse Museum, Church Street, Cromarty.

His Royal Highness visited East Church, Church Street.

The Earl of Wessex subsequently visited Cromarty Brewery, Glencora, Davidston, Cromarty.

His Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner held by the Duke and Duchess of Fife in Brechin, Angus.

The Princess Royal, accompanied by Vice-Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this morning arrived at Gatwick Airport, London, from Bermuda.

Her Royal Highness, Chairman, International Olympic Committee Members Election Commission, this evening held a Dinner at Buckingham Palace.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester this morning attended Astana Expo 2017 for the United Kingdom National Day, Astana, Kazakhstan, and was received by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan (Her Excellency Dr Carolyn Browne).

His Royal Highness later held a Meeting with Mr Askar Mamin (First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

The Duke of Gloucester afterwards held a Meeting with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds at Astana Marriott Hotel, 2 Dostyq Street, Astana, followed by a tour of Astana Wetlands.

His Royal Highness this evening attended The Queen’s Birthday Party at Astana Marriott Hotel.

The Duke of Gloucester afterwards attended a Dinner with Senior Members of the Kazakh Government at Astana Marriott Hotel.
