Windsor Castle

The Queen honoured Ascot Races with her presence today.

By command of Her Majesty, Mr Neil Holland (Vice-Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Dr Armen Sarkissian at 11 Cheyne Walk, London SW3, today in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Armenia to the Court of St James’s.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, Royal Founding Patron, the Royal Drawing School, this morning held a Meeting at Clarence House.

His Royal Highness, President, WaterAid, this afternoon received Mr Timothy Wainwright (Chief Executive).

The Prince of Wales, Founder, afterwards attended a Trustees’ Meeting for The Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation.

His Royal Highness, President, The Prince’s Foundation, this evening held a Dinner at Buckingham Palace.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, Floral Angels, this morning attended a Reception at the Garden Museum, Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1, to celebrate British Flower Growers and was received by Mrs Colleen Harris (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Royal Highness, Joint President, the Elephant Family, this afternoon attended a Reception at the Oriental Club, Stratford Place, London W1, and was received by the Reverend Canon Dr Flora Winfield (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge, Patron, the Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre, this morning attended the handover of the Centre to the Nation at the Stanford Hall Estate, Stanford on Soar, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Nottinghamshire (Sir John Peace).

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York, Chairman of Trustees, Lakefield College School Foundation, this evening held a Dinner at St James’s Palace.

Kensington Palace

The Duchess of Gloucester, President, this evening attended a Concert at the Royal Academy of Music, Marylebone Road, London NW1.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Colonel, Scots Guards, today received Lieutenant Colonel Rupert Kitching upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant Colonel James Leask upon assuming the appointment.
