Buckingham Palace

The Queen received the Baroness Scotland of Asthal (Commonwealth Secretary-General) today.

The Baroness Barran was received by The Queen upon her appointment as a Baroness in Waiting to Her Majesty.

The following were received in audience by The Queen and kissed hands upon their appointment as Her Majesty’s Ambassadors: Mrs Rachel Galloway (the Republic of North Macedonia), Mr Christopher Sainty (the Portuguese Republic) and Mr Alisdair Walker (the State of Eritrea).

Mr T Galloway, Mrs Sainty and Mrs Walker were also received by Her Majesty.

Mr Charles Hay was received in audience by The Queen upon his appointment as British High Commissioner to Malaysia.

Ms Pascale Sutherland was also received by Her Majesty.

The Prince of Wales, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Buckingham Palace this morning.

The Queen was represented by Dame Kathrin Thomas (Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of Mid Glamorgan) at the funeral of Mr Murray McLaggan (formerly Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of Mid Glamorgan) which was held at St Teilo’s Church, Merthyr Mawr, today.

The Prince of Wales was represented by the Lord Rowe-Beddoe.

By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Nestor Osorio-Londono at 3 Hans Crescent, London SW1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Colombia to the Court of St James’s.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, Patron, Plantlife International, this afternoon held a Meeting.

His Royal Highness, Patron, the Prayer Book Society, afterwards attended the Cranmer Awards at Lambeth Palace, London SE1.

The Prince of Wales later received Major General Benjamin Bathurst (General Officer Commanding London District and Major General Commanding Household Division).

His Royal Highness this evening gave a Reception at Clarence House for Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force Officers.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Patron, Barnardo’s, this morning visited the Well Being Hub, Granville Road, Ilford, Essex, and was received by Mr Thomas Chan (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Royal Highness later visited the William Morris Gallery, Lloyd Park, Forest Road, London E17, and was received by Major Jeremy Fern (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Buckingham Palace

The Duke of York, Patron, the Trampery, this afternoon opened the Trampery on the Gantry, Broadcast Centre, Here East, 1 Waterden Road, London E15.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Past Master, the Worshipful Company of Butchers, this afternoon presented the Institute of Meat’s Annual Awards at Painters’ Hall, 9 Little Trinity Lane, London EC4.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, President, the Britain-Nepal Society, this evening attended the Annual Dinner at St Columba’s Church Hall, Pont Street, London SW1.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, this evening attended a Dinner at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley, Surrey.
