Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall, Patron, Campaign for Wool, this morning visited Celtic Sheepskin and Company Limited, Unit B, Treloggan Industrial Estate, Newquay, to mark its Thirtieth Anniversary, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cornwall (Colonel Edward Bolitho).

His Royal Highness, Patron, afterwards attended a Reception to mark the Thirtieth Anniversary of Surfers Against Sewage, Nansledan School (Skol Nansledan), William Hosking Road, Newquay.

The Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall, subsequently officially opened Nansledan School (Skol Nansledan).

The Duchess of Cornwall, President, WOW — Women of the World Festival, this morning delivered the keynote speech at the Festival to mark its Tenth Anniversary, Southbank Centre, Belvedere Road, London SE1, and was received by Dr Sheila Gewolb (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

St James’s Palace

The Earl of Wessex, President, Sport and Recreation Alliance, today attended the Alliance Awards at King Power Stadium, Filbert Way, Leicester, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Leicestershire (Mr Michael Kapur).

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this afternoon attended a Reception at Castle Fine Art, 12-14 King Street, Manchester, and was received by Mr Paul Griffiths (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater Manchester).

The Countess of Wessex this morning attended Meetings with Women’s Protection Advisers in Juba, South Sudan.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Reception for International Women’s Day at Afex Camp, Juba.

The Countess of Wessex later departed from Juba International Airport for the United Kingdom.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Commandant-in-Chief, First Aid Nursing Yeomanry (Princess Royal’s Volunteer Corps), accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this morning named a Great Western Railway Intercity Express Train Odette Hallowes at London Paddington Railway Station, Praed Street, London W2, and was received by the Reverend Canon Dr Flora Winfield (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Honorary President, this evening attended the Annual General Meeting of the 20-Ghost Club Limited, followed by a Dinner to mark its Seventieth Anniversary, Goldsmiths’ Hall, Foster Lane, London EC2.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, President, this evening attended a Concert and Dinner at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, to mark the Fortieth Anniversary of His Royal Highness’s Presidency.
