The Queen spoke to The President of the United States of America this afternoon via telephone.

By command of The Queen, Mr. Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) telephoned His Excellency Mr Isselkou Ahmed Izid Bin Neye this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the Court of St James’s.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this evening held a Meeting with The President of the Republic of Ghana via telephone.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge, Patron, London’s Air Ambulance Charity, this morning attended a Meeting via video link.

St James’s Palace

The Earl and Countess of Wessex this morning visited Salute the NHS, Hangar 113, Bicester Motion, Skimmingdish Lane, Bicester, Oxfordshire.

His Royal Highness this evening attended a Surrey Heath Prepared Meeting via video link.

The Countess of Wessex this afternoon held a Meeting with the Lord Hague of Richmond (Co-Founder, Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative) via video link.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Brendoncare Foundation, later held a Meeting via video link with Mrs Carole Sawyers upon relinquishing her appointment as Chief Executive Officer and Mrs. Marianne Wanstall upon assuming the appointment.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Royal Patron, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association, this afternoon held a Meeting with Mr Simon Koe (Chairman) via telephone.

Her Royal Highness, President, Bridewell Royal Hospital, King Edward’s School, Witley, afterwards held a Meeting with Mrs Joanna Wright (Headteacher) via telephone.
