The Queen, Patron, accompanied by The Princess Royal, this morning attended a Service of Thanksgiving to mark the Centenary of the Royal British Legion at Westminster Abbey, London SW1, and was received at Poets’ Corner Door by the Dean of Westminster (the Very Reverend Dr David Hoyle), the Venerable David Stanton (Sub-Dean and Canon Treasurer of Westminster) and the National President of the Royal British Legion (Lieutenant General James Bashall).

The Princess Royal, on behalf of The Queen, held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this afternoon.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay this morning held a Meeting for the Sustainable Markets Initiative via video link.

His Royal Highness, Patron, Atlantic Salmon Trust, afterwards held a Meeting.

The Duke of Cambridge, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, this afternoon received Mr Michael Bloomberg (United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Envoy for Climate Ambition and Solutions).

His Royal Highness, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, this evening held a Meeting via video link with the Founding Partners of the Earthshot Prize.

St James’s Palace

Princess Alexandra, Royal Patron, Alzheimer’s Society, this afternoon received Mr Jeremy Hughes upon relinquishing his appointment as Chief Executive Officer.

Her Royal Highness, Royal Colonel, 3rd Battalion The Rifles, received Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Boardman upon assuming the appointment of Commanding Officer.
